How bespoke works

This isn’t a ready-made piece; it’s the one you have in mind. It starts with a message, and below is what happens at each step.

How long it takes depends on the piece and the stone; you can ask in your first message.

Step 1: Idea or photo

Tell us what you’d like. A photo of a piece you love, a sketch on paper, an old piece you’d like remade, or just a few sentences is enough. Message on WhatsApp or come to the atelier.

From you
A photo or sketch; your ring size if you know it; a photo of the old piece if you’d like its stone used.

Step 2: Drawing and preview

The piece is drawn before it is made. Where the stone sits and how big it is, the colour of the metal, how the piece will look on the hand or the ear: this is the stage where all of it is talked through.

From you
You look over the drawing and say what’s on your mind.

Step 3: Price and deposit

Once the stone, metal and drawing are settled, you get a price. Because the price depends on the stone and the design, it isn’t listed on the site; each piece is priced on its own. If you go ahead, work starts with a deposit.

From you
The deposit.

Step 4: Making

The piece is made. How long it takes depends on the piece and the stone; you can ask in your first message.

Step 5: Delivery

Once it’s ready, the piece is handed over. If you’re far away, ask in your first message how it could reach you.

If you’re abroad

Wherever you are, it still starts with a message.

  • Ring size

If you know your ring size, include it; if you don’t, say so.

  • Messaging

You can message on WhatsApp and send photos and videos there too.

  • Delivery

Ask in your first message how the piece could reach you.

Prices depend on the stone and the design, so they aren’t listed here; each piece is quoted on its own.

Send the first message

Attach the photo or sketch, and add your ring size and the stone you have in mind if you know them.
